M's Gems DMCC will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

 

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement by the name of M's Gems DMCC

Return & Exchange Policy

In case you’re dissatisfied with a product purchased on https://msgemsbymamta.com or if it’s damaged in transit, we will repair, exchange or refund the original purchased item following this process

  •  Please specify whether you are requesting a return or exchange.

  • Bring product faults and damage to our notice within 2 weeks of delivery date.

  • Notify us of product faults or damage by contacting the customer service team:
    support@msgemsonline.com, alternatively you can reach us at + 971 55 180 9649, Sun –
    Thurs 9 am to 4 pm, GST (Gulf Standard Time)

  • Make sure to include "proof of purchase" (e.g. invoice, bank statement, order confirmation
    from M’s Gems DMCC, delivery note).

 

Once we receive the product back in order, M’s Gems DMCC will send you a "Return ID Number" and communicate via email.

 

M’s Gems DMCC will execute a full refund, a partial refund, replace the product, repair the product or exchange the purchased item within 30 days.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

ā€‹

  • The item should be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage.

  • Returns should be sent via an insured and traceable method as we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post/courier and do not reach us.

  • If a parcel does go missing and never reaches us, it is your responsibility to claim for the item from the postal service or courier company used. 

  • Please note that if you do not pay enough postage for the parcel and we have to pay a fee to take receipt of it, then we shall deduct that amount plus an administration fee from any refund.

  • The custom duty requirements vary depending on the country, product and services rendered. We are not liable for any custom duty imposed at your end.

 

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.  

  • Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

  • The refund will be processed within 30 days or earlier after the items have been received by M’s Gems DMCC. However, please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited from the date of return.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

Payments made in cash can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange faulty or damaged products.

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS

ā€‹

If a partial refund is due, it will be credited onto the payment method used for the original transaction. If you are exchanging for an item of lower value then we reserve the right to add an administration and postal fee to the price of the replacement item. We will contact you to inform you of this additional charge.

EXCHANGES

 

Our customer service team will gladly exchange your item if the item is available on https://msgemsbymamta.com. M's Gems DMCC can only exchange faulty items for an identical item, subject to availability.
